Hi.
Can ISM06/ISM07 when given 240v input set flags or counters?
 If so how is done?

ISM06 and ISM07 can switch 240V
But if you are asking if the IRIO knows what is the voltage going through the relays, the answer is no, you may be switching DC or AC through the relays
The Relay Outputs can be mapped to Flags. That means that when you set or clear the mapped flag the relay is turned on or off. It is not the other way round
