Hi,
In one installation, I have a Comfort II Ultra with the siren on the strob connection. Last week, with the system disarmed, the siren rang twice and after entering the code on the keyboard, stopped playing, but when I export the events logs, I don't see any reference to this alarm. What may have been the reason for this alarm?
Best regards,

We need the cclx file and event log to check. save the ccclx file after doing scan for modules so we can see all the firmware versions
If an alarm has been triggered thyen it should show in the event log

Hi,
I attach the cclx file I scan, the cclx file from the last version I wrote to the Comfort and the event log file.
The customer told me that the siren rang the night of 14/06 to 15/06, and on the night of 15/06 to 16/06, but didn’t know me the exact hours. On the first night the system was armed, but not on the second night.
On event log file I can’t find any of the alarms.

Best regards

There is no alarm in the event log.
If there is an alarm it must go into the event log unless there was a special type of alarm programmed, which I checked in the cclx file is not the case
There ae 3 KP06A version 7.004 in the system. For this keypad, when an alarm occurs the last zone which triggered it will be displayed on the LCD. The zone will remain displayed even after the alarm is disarmed, until any key is pressed. Hence after the next alarm check the LCD
If there is no zone displayed then it is certain that the siren was not caused by Comfort. It should be due to the siren itself - perhaps the built in tamper on the siren box or the self actuating feature when the power supply to the siren is lost.
Another clue is if entering the code on the keypad does not turn off the siren, it means it is not an alarm in Comfort - it is a problem with the siren itself
