Having trouble getting Velbus Learn request to work. Comfort firmware is 7.160, Velbus UCM module firmware is 7.117. 4 UCMs listed in my setup per Pic1 attached. Velbus UCM has ID of 4 in the software but when I looked at the dip switches it was set Off-Off-On-Off, so I changed it per the manual to Off-Off-On-On and hit the SW1 button to reset.
When I click the Learn button I get a delay and then a "No response to Learn request" error (will post this in Pic2 in separate post) - error was there before I went and changed the dip switches, so no change from that.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
My Velbus installation does have 4-button LED panels and also the new edgelit panels, and also a weather station and blind relays in addition to various standard dimmers and relays, just in case that may cause an issue with the firmware.

There seems to be a problem with the ID. Can you do a scan for modules again after the id changes and show the result.

If you had the wrong ID, Comfigurator should not have shown the ID as 4

Thanks. Scanned all modules and results are attached, seems no change. Is it a possible issue that serial number is shown as Invalid?
When I click Get Module Status in Velbus module, I see Normal/No Error down in bottom-left.
Note that Zwave UCM had the same dip switch arrangement as the Velbus UCM so I changed Zwave to On-On-Off-On to be for ID5, and Velbus is at Off-Off-On-On for ID4 and clicked SW1 switch on the UCM. I did not click the Reset button on the Comfort SEM or the main Comfort board - should I do so?
I see mention in the manual the Copy button can be used to set IDs, is it possible it was done this way and dip switches are not used? That said, manual indicates Copy button only applies if all 4 dip switches were set to Off, which was not the case.

It does not matter if the serial number is invalid. Electronic serial numbers are not implemented in this  module

As you said, Copy button only works if tre DIP switches are all off,
But after changing the DIP switches, you need to reset Comfort as wellPlease reset Comfort and repeat the scan for modules, then do the learn again for Velbus

Thanks, I hit SW1 on Velbus UCM, then hit the two reset buttons on the Comfort main panel (also did this on the SEM the UCM is connected to). Same error message.

That probably means the Velbus is not conneteced corectly to the UCM/VelbusPlease check the connections/terminal blocks
Measure the voltage accross the 12V and GND terminalsIt should be 12V or more

Please check the status of the leds

On Velbus Submodule
• D103 (Red)  - UCM Data converted > Transmit Data to Velbus
• D104 (Green)  - Receive Data from Velbus
• D105 (Green)  - Data from UCM
• D106 (Red) -  Converted Data from Velbus to UCM
These LEDs are for diagnostic purposes. Data from Velbus will cause D104
(Green) to blink. D106 (Red) also blinks indicating that the data has been
converted to serial data to be sent to the UCM. Busy1 on the UVCM Baseboard
also blinks as data is sent to Comfort
When Comfort sends data to Velbus, BUSY2 will blink,  D105 (Green) blinks to
indicate data to the Velbus submodule, D103 (red) also blinks indicating
converted data sent to Velbus.
when you do a learn the leds should blink as above
