Are the instructions on this forum the most recent ones for iOS? I could not get the Comfort file to open from Outlook or Gmail, but I did get the native Apple Mail app to give me a 'Copy to Comfort Mobile" option in the context menu.
I was then able to login, but I could not see any zones, just the dashboard home page. I also get logged out within a few seconds.
What are the recommended steps to follow for current versions of iOS on iPhone (11 Pro) or iPad? Does iTunes need to be involved?

I tried saving the jrlccip file to Files in addition to then clicking the "Copy to Comfort" option from the context menu in the Mail app. When I go to Setup->Import in the Comfort app, I see only 2 preinstalled jrlccip files, DevelopmentTesting and Dollhouse_with_dimmer and there is no way to navigate to change folder to locate the file I downloaded.

I tested this again.
In the email, tap the jrlccip attachment

In the list of apps, select More... select Copy to Comfort iPhone

The Comfort app appears with box

Load Config
Please select Comfort System

Dismiss   Default

Select Default
A box appears

Load Config Config Data Loaded - Please sign in
Dismiss The box disappears and the Comfort setup/login screen is seen
You should be able to go to Setup or Login

If you log in and do not see any zones or Control menu then the configration file may be corrupted. go to Comfigurator, preferable rename the cclx file  and resend the conversion file.

Comfort iPhone Setup Screenshots (Using iPad OS 16.3.1)

The screenshots are done with iPad installed with the Comfort iPhone app, but it should work the same with the latest iPhone iOS.

After the email with the .jrlccip attachment has been received by the iOS device  (DO NOT use GMAIL for this. use another email service)  there are 2 ways of importing into the Comfort profile;

Method 1: Open with Comfort App
  • Open the email that you sent to the phone. Tap on the .jrlccip attachment in the email
  • The list of associated apps will be seen on the top row, and below that "Copy" and "Save to Files" buttons
  • On the list of associated apps, Scroll to the Comfort logo an select it
  • Load Config screen appears. The list of Profiles is seen. Iif there is m,ore than 1 profile. Select the desired profile to import into
  • The popup should show" Load Config - Config Data loaded - Please Log in"

Method 2: Save File and Import to Profile
  • Tap on the .jrlccip attachment in the email
  • The list of associated apps will be seen on the top row, and below that "Copy" and "Save to Files" buttons
  • Select Save to Files. Then select the folder to save the .jrlccip file, and pres Save.
  • Open the Comfort app, press the Setup button
  • If you have more than 1 Profile, select the desired profile to import the file
  • The button Add New, Import, Done are seen on the bottom of the Profiles page
  • Press Import
  • The .jrlccip file can be seen. if there are more than 1 file, scroll to select the desired file and select it.

  • Press Done when ready
  • The profile is opened, if the LOGIN button is not grayed out, press tyo log in with your code

Did you do the conversion and send the jrlccip file by email? do not use gmial to do this as it deletes the content of the attachment. use another email client The file size should be several KB

Yes, followed the instruction above, method 1. I used an microsoft outlook email address. It all seems to work but there is no data in the app after the file has loaded. Tried it several times, including changing the file name.
