I have been using the App on my android phone susessfully for a few years. I just uploaded a revised .cclx  file and now there is nothing in the app on the phone.I can log into comfort on the app and set the security on and off, so it is communicating ok, but there is nothing in the Control or the schedule tabs.
Has anyone else experienced this?  I have deleted the App and reinstalled it and it is still the same. It almost seems like a problem with the file I am emailing and clicking on the phone. It starts off as a 391kb file but the converted emailed file ends up as only 12kbThanks

Please send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz for testngdid you recently change the file?

Thank you Chiu, I have sent the original comfort file and the converted G2 App file.Yes it was altered recently and downloaded to comfort OK. But I have also tested files going back to 2016 and none of them are converting now.

I could not connect to your remote IP but I connected to our own office with your configuration and was able to see the zones and control menu as in your fle
I suggest that you delete the jrpccip file from your devivce  as it may be corrutred or may be an old verson if there are everel versins and resend te file
Uninstall the Comfort app and install again from the Play store

If indeed the file got corrupted, The problem appears to be with the android phone, remembering parts of the corrupt file. I have uninstalled the APP several times and deleted the data (from the phones APP information) When I reinstall the Comfort APP back on, it still has all the connection data and port numbers and can set/unset the security. So it is not being completely uninstalled and is remembering everything.

I have Googled removing all data and installed Avast Clean-up and also tried Revo Uninstaller mobile and restarted the phone, yet still the data appears back when I re-install the Comfort App and the file does not contain any control menu information.

Has anyone any idea how to delete the Comfort APP data completely from an Android device, or, indeed, know where this data is stored? Chiu says my comfort file works fine on his Android; so if the file is ok it must be the fact it is not being completely uninstalled.

Perhaps a to-do thing for the list on Comfort G3 – a complete uninstall, including data?

The config file should be in the Downloads folder of the phone. You should see it in the My Files appThe app may be seeing duplicate names

I have scanned the phone, for the converted file, comfort and cytech and deleted all cache and data from my files. I have downloaded various file cleaning apps, yet still the phone is remembering the address and port details, in fact a second comfort system I have on the phone, which i deleted in the App and I then reinstalled the G2 App and both came back immediately. I have absolutely no idea where this data can be stored on the phone and I cant overwrite the corrupted data file. Its a Samsung S8 - any help greatly appreciated.

Could this be due to synchronisation with one of the Cloud services like Samsung Cloud ?
