I have been using the comfort mobile app for several years, whilst other firms are constantly updating their user experience and adding new functionality, we have not seen a new version of the iPhone app for years! can I pls request we put some focus into this topic, simple things like the iPhone 12+ screen is not optimised, there is no integration with any of the digital assistants out there e.g. Alexa... This is a great application, but it does need updating! thanks. Irfan |

For integration with digital assistants and the like, the Cytech app may not be the best vehicle as the aim is to provide a simple interface Please have a look at the UCM/Pi, http://www.comfortforums.com/forum138/5087.html This is capable of much more in this area |

I agree with xirfy But its not cytech policy to have a 'nice' front end and never has been |

This is not the first time this subject has come up, If you want them to provide a new app why not design what you would like on the page and do a vote register on here or lay out what you would like, I know that would be problematic but no one expresses what they want on the app to look like. Also no matter what is designed it will never suit everyone. Another point is that it has been produced without adverts for free (If they charge for a app perhaps that may generate them to do more with it). If you have the UCM-PI you can build and design your own app interface.I did try to do one myself but not very succesfully and I am still using the 1st generation android app as it suited my needs, and rarely gets used. As for the few clients I have, they have not required more of the current apps to my knowledge. To push Cytech to do a upgrade on thier apps why not do a survey...... It is a minitor upgrade, but Version 1.5 of the Cytech App fit on larger 5.5 inch and 6.5 inch screens |
