Hello. I install the 7.183 firmware in my Comfort II Ultra. I have KP04 keyboards. The LEDs do not light up on the keyboards. When I put the day mode, through the application I see that it is in day mode but on the keyboards it continues as if it were in OFF mode. LEDs do not light up. Keyboards do not indicate. I have had to go back to the 7.153 firm although the zones in alert mode do not work well with it. I hope they review it. Thank you. |

Same goes for UCM 7.141. I've been holding off upgrading until I read the release notes. |

Can you send the cclx file so we can look at the "many bugs" that you found? |

Hello. I already sent you the cclx file. Sorry for the delay. I have seen that I cannot configure partitions on KP04 keyboards. I don't know if that is the problem. I wait for an answer, thank you. |

KP04 Keypads cannot be used in Partitioned systems. You need KP04A. See http://www.comfortforums.com/forum125/4491.html You will need to change your keypads and upgrade firmare for CM9001 to the latest in order to use partitions |

Hi. I did some changes as some unused zones were on partition 3 and I have put them on partition 0. But after making sure everything is set to partition 0, I keep seeing errors in both 7.175 and 7.183 versions: - Although I have not wasted the exit delay time, connecting the modes does not announce them on the keypad. It also does not announce the modes after the alarm is armed. - The response that is activated when a mode is armed, before it was done as soon as the keyboard button was pressed and now it waits approximately the delay time to activate them. - When I put a zone in alert mode it works as immediate mode, I also have this bug in version 7.153. I go back to version 7.153 although I will continue testing. Thanks |

Your zone alert zone type is wrongAlarm type should be Alert not Intruder, see below screensho t. Your cclx file has Intruder instaead of Aler Alarm Type. That is why your zone alert causes immediate alarm Attachment: Screenshot 2021-01-07 211242.jpg (Downloaded 39 times) |

The response that is activated when a mode is armed, before it was done as soon as the keyboard button was pressed and now it waits approximately the delay time to activate them. The Away Mode response is always activated when the system arms to Away Mode, not when you press the button. That is regardless of the firmware version. If you want a response to run immediate when you press the Away btton then use the Start Arming Response in Misc Events. This has not changed since the beginning |

That is why your zone alert causes immediate alarm Hello. If I configure it as you indicate, when activating the second sensor configured in alert it does not generate an intrusion alarm, but the keyboard starts to sound during the alert time and then it stops without making a call. I've tested it by putting En Type Zone in Trouble as Intruder. I'm lost. |

In Non Detector Alarms you have changed the assignment of ND alarm 0 from Intruder to Alert, see below screenshot. This causes the problem that you experienced. Non detector alarms should not be changed, as they affect the behaviour of the alarm, unless you know exactly whet is the effect Please revert all NonDetector alarms to the original setting. Open a new file Comfort 2 Ultra to compare the original settings. Zone Types assignment should also not be changed unless you are very sure of what the effect will be. This is regardless of the Firmware 7,183 or other older versions. Attachment: Screenshot 2021-01-10 103456.jpg (Downloaded 32 times) Last edited on Sunday Jan 10th, 2021 02:00 am by slychiu |

Hi. Exactly, changing the configuration of the Non-Detectors I have solved the problem of the sensors in alert mode. Although I do not remember having touched that configuration initially, also I do not get so many Non-detectors in my configuration or their names in that way, but at least it is already solved. About the Responses of the alarm activations, I have solved it in another way, although I have to give it another turn. The issue of partitions has changed the concept of the alarm, but I cannot use them and it is creating some configuration problems for me, since I did not configure it for that concept at first. On the other bugs that I have when using updates 7.175 and 7.183 I will continue investigating. I will be writing on the subject. Thank you. |
