I added a KP06A to my existing Comfort system which also has three KP06. After changing the ID the KP06A seems to detect and work but when it is plugged in all of the keypads suffer bad voice distortion (It is a sort of loud communication bus noise on the speaker). If I unplug just the KP06A KA/KB wires the noise problem goes away although obviously the new Keypad cannot communicate with the Comfort system.
Any ideas where the issue might be?

Does it soulnd like buzzing? if so it is probabaly due to mains interference on the KP06A wires. Mains wire may be roo close to the KP06 cable

Thanks for the response, turns out it was a problem with the cat6 patch panel termination. I chopped the end off the patch panel cable and wired it directly into the wire from the Comfort and now it is working well.
