The Old UCM ID shunts are SW7 marked RS485 promary. All are shunted in the photo so the ID is 1. Check that the Red and Green D9 and D10 leds are blinkin to show the UCM is beng polled and is replying

Thanks Chiu, I remember the old touch screen was a modified CBUS UCM, so wanted to check the network UCM had the correct ID. And yes, the red and green lights are blinking slowly.
First of all, I updated the Configurator to V3.14.14.0 I have spent nearly 2 days and no nearer a solution. The Network UCM can be accessed from the computer, but it is not talking to Comfort; it just says failed to connect to UCM. The UCM doesn't communicate at all, to update the date and time either.
This all started when I removed a redundant KT03 touch screen keypad. I updated comfort several times with very small changes and then it just stopped communicating with anything; system information time update, etc.
Then I noticed the Fermax door release was permanently on and buzzing, so I have removed the DM02 from the system. But it will still not communicate.
Initially it said communication failure Keypad 1, which was the one I removed, so I changed the Keypad ID of No6 to No 1 and the keypads are all saying failed to connect to Keypad No 6, which is expected, as Comfort thinks there are 6, until I upload the modified file. So the keypads and UCM's are all talking internally, but I cant update the Comfort main board from the computer.
I have exhausted all sense of logic now and going around in circles, Can you think of what to test next to get the UCM talking to the Comfort main board?ThanksAttachment: Comfort.jpg (Downloaded 11 times) Last edited on Sunday Mar 16th, 2025 11:58 am by Ghyllwood

Your comfort server manager shows 2 IP addresses but you have only 1 ucm. where is the other ETH03? Can you try to connect to the 2nd IP address?

The other IP address, with a separate ETH3 is for the office and workshop and it has its own separate UCM, which I can connect to that one fine. Its the main house UCM which does not communicate. Perhaps I should remove the working UCM and try it on the house. The data bus is working in the house, as It talks to the RIO's, keypads etc. but not talking to the UCM and it does not update the time anymore. Can the UCM be ordered without the ETH03 plugin sub-module? I know that is working, as I could log into it, from the outside.
