Fermax has a multi-apartment system which may be connected to the DM02 Door Sttaion Interface. See the DM02 Manual in the website

This allows the fermax door station to ring the local phones as well as the intercom handset in Security Off and Night Modes, and to dial to your mobile phone in Away / Vacation Modes
