Hi

How can I upgrade my Serial UCM firmware? It is currently ver 5.62 and to upload the latest voice files it must be ver 5.92 or later.

You can upgrade by buying the IC01-UCM. This replaces the microcontroller on the UCM labelled with the firmware. You will need a PLCC IC Extractor to remove the old IC from its sockets
If you have Comfort II, consider buying a new UCM05 as that allows Comfort firmware to be upgraded. You also need the UCM05 to download a Comfort II vocfabulary
