I chang Ip 10.0.0.16 to 192.168.0.14 by http://10.0.0.16/adminFM.htm after restart webserver i can not connect to webserver on ip 10.0.0.16 and 192.168.0.14

How to set it?

Are you able to see the IP address of the CWM using the DS Manager?
Have you used the DS Manager to configure the IP address and Port number?
Could you firewall have prevented access to the IP address?

Sorry I meant CWM Setup in the above post, not DS Manager which is for UCM/Ethernet
