I have recorded a secuirty message \"This is xxxx alarm\". This then gets played to the property owners and keyholders in the event of an alarm dialout.

However it also gets played when a doorbell response is run and the doorbell is rerouted via mobile to the property owner. My client would like to disable this.

I do not think this can be done so I\'m raising this just to see if it is a requirment for our users or not? It is for mine.

Personally I feel that hearing a few extra words is not tremendously taxing hock:

Granted but the customer is never wrong!
