Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Hi there,

Every time my client arms or disarms the comfort in phones to say security off or night mode.

I see you had addressed this issue before but the comfort is calling just to inform that its night mode and no alarm was activated.

Is there a way I can stop this in the programming.

I have only programmed it to dial out when there is an intruder alarm and the system was armed in away or vacation mode.

Go to Security Types > Alarm Types and look for the System Armed and System Disarmed Alarm Types, uncheck the dialout box for these alarm types as shown

Each alarm type has its own settings for Dial out and the combination of phones to dial to in the event of any particular alarm. This is one of the strenghs of Comfort
