On page 14 is the KD command.
F = 0ah, #= 0ch, *=0bh, Enterkey=1ah, Endkey=1bh
I thinks from my own App testing these should be uppercase to work ie 0Ah, 0Ch...etc

p.s noticed a minor defect that some of the commands aren\'t summarised in the Command List at the start of the doc as well; \"K?\" for example.
