My key pad announcement was programmed to enable announcement eg security off, away mode etc. Today it is suddenly not working on both my keypads. When I press the various function eg night mode, there is only a buzzing sound.

I read on the menu that I should access Program menu (user menu 9) and select 3 follow by 1. 

I have tried keying in * code # , follow by 9 3, 1 in sequence then #. This didn\'t work. Can someone advise on the exact step to enable this? How do I access program menu?

It does not look like a programming issue. The keypad seems to be working but you cannot hear any voice
The 3 possibilities are

1. The keypad audio connections have come off
2. The system may have lost its voice, which may or may not be fixed by a system reset
   

To do a reset press the reset button which can be found on the main PCB (blackj button a little to the left of the centre dividing line It may be obscured by the LEM
There has been very strong lightning strikes over the last few days which may have caused this

As you are in Singapore  you can call  the office at 68469701 and ask for Technical Support

Otherwise if your system was installed by an installer, call them to take a look

Can I clarify what is the main PCB? Is that the control box?

 

The main PCB is inside the Comfort Control panel, the metal box which is installed somewhere in your house
The picture is shown. If in any doubt you should call your installer or call Cytech
