Full Version: Why CP9001 change usercode to 1234 auto?

User use systems about 6month and to day user can not sign in by usercode (2525#) When i test sign in by default code 1234# it work.

Why cp9001 auto change usercode to defalt?

They have probably erased the user codes thus reset back to default
This cab be done using User menu 9 for program, 5 for User Codes, 0 for Erase all mailboxes

Check the event log, it should report mailboxes erased
