Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

hi , I am using comfort II Ultra firmewire 164.  I have a problem i dessigned a circuit to make on and off when i connected it to comfort it worked fine but there is aproblem {Zone Trouble} and what ishall do in this problem . i will give you the pic of the circuit?, and if 2 end resistance is nessecary where i should put them? i measured the voltage drop on zone is a 9 Volte on the terminal of the zone? thanks

I am not sure I understand your circuit. Is this giving a contact open/close to Comfort with no voltage?

If so then set the zone type as Digital Normallly Open or Closed and set Zone Shunts as Double End of Line - BUT do NOT connect any End of line resistors

Digital Zone Types will not report any Zone Trouble
