Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Hi,

In your post \"UCM/GSM2\" you mention that \"Alternately, it can be used without a fixed telephone line, for installations where a telephone line is not available or not desired.\"

I tried to find information on how to configure Comfort to use only the GSM for communications.  I am installing Comfort at my holiday house and no fixed line is available.

Please can you point me in the right direction.

PS:  I would still like to have internal phones that I can use to interact with Comfort and also for answering the door phone, reminders, etc.

You just have to check \"Ignore Line Cut\" in Modules and Settings >Configuration

This prevents the \"Phone Line Trouble\" alarm from coming on when there is no fixed line. Evene without this setting, Comfort will dial using GSM as long as the fixed line is not available
