On occasions when answering a dial out call to my mobile phone from the Door Station in Away Mode the call is lost (bad reception, accidentally pressing end call, etc)  . Is there any way calling back in to Comfort and re-establishing contact with the Door Station?

Yes, you call Comfort, sign in and go to 6 for Door Station to talk to the Door station
