If the door station chime is not heard on the keypad and /or door station, the cause of this problem is the setting of Modules and Settings > Configuration Flags > Show Alarms box unchecked
Show Alarms should be unchecked unless the EN50131 regulations are needed. We recommend that Show Alarms be always checked unless EN50131 Grade 3 is really a requirement. This requirement prevents useful information about alarms like alerts and announcements from being announced or displayed on the keypads unless the user has signed in and only for 30 seconds. If this is not absolutely necessary Show alarms shoould always be checked
