Hello.

Trying to install and configure Cp9000, i have had some little trouble....
After some days and thanks to the Cytech staff on this forum, every problems was solved.

Today, i have had a problem with a window-sensor on zone 2. It did not report the real status of the windows.
To solve this problem, i have used an \'electrical-tester\' in order to know if the contact was opened or closed.

I solved the problem (it was only a simply contact need to be regulated), but now, i am in the panic!

The Cp9000 seems to be down..... On the keypad, the green \'Off\' led, blinks and on the Lcd screen, nothing is reported. Lcd screen is empty. No status, no trouble..... empty.

Do i have damaged something with the \'tester\'?........

.......maybe some fuses?.......

Reset the Comfort by pressing the Reset button on the Comfort PCB

Do you hear \"Security Off\" on the keypad?

are you able to connect using the UCM and Comfigurator?
Can you sign in on the keypad? Is there a voice menu?

I am not able to find the \'reset\' button. Where is it located?

You can see the reset button in the photo to the left of the black connector that divides the Comfort board It is a small round pushbutton. Just push the button to reset Comfort. After a few seconds you will hear \"Security Off\"

Reset done.

Now it works again. I have no idea what happened.
