I wonder if I could send and email out during an Alarm using comfort? If not is there anything out there that I could use to have this functionality?

No, we dont have that function. An alarm normally requires a more urgent response than can be achieved by sending an email
The UCM sends alarm and other system activity. Some trord party software can be written to send an email based on the message

This is definatly like to see this feature for the future.
If it is smart when sending the email it could grab an attachment, would be great for logging callers for example and attaching a CCTV clip.
Another handy facility would be to send the event log upon fault, either to the owner or the installer.
I\'m sure there are loads of other handy things you could do too.
