Please note that when you upgrade the vocabulary on Comfort, this will erase all recorded messages including Greeting Message, recorded user names, Reminder Messages, and Alarm voice message

DO NOT interrupt the Vocabulary upgrade diring the process otherwise it may lead to the Flash being damaged
