I need some assistance trying to work out how to switch the ringer off when doorbell pressed and security mode = off and when security mode = away then force dial.

I am having to use an older version of configurator as I am still on Comfor Ulta 1 and some functions do not work on the latest configurator and comfort 1 etc.

an idiots guide would be handy ;-)

Cheers
Nick
That depends on what is it that you are trying to achieve
You do not want the doorbell to ring the phones in Security Off at all and you want the doorbell to dial out in Away Mode?

The doorbell will cause a dial out in Away mode if the Doorbell Alarm Type Dial out is enabled - that is the built in behaviour, so you do not have to specially program it to Force Dial in Away Mode

The Doorbell rings the house phones in Security Off and Night Mode? This is a default behaviour and cannot be changed at least in Comfort I which you say you have

However  action 26 - Stop ringer will stop the phones ringing and keypad chime. This is normally placed in the Front Door Response when the door is open
