How can i connect TWS PC01-018C with RIO PC01-031C ???

I found that i have to shunt J3 and J4 but this is in newer version PC01-040C not in older version like PC01-018C so this is a problem facing me

How can i on the alarm (model: comfort intelligent alarm system minor pro)then got come out with the error nulo and the alarm was beep beep sound and cannot turn on...
