We are having trouble getting a specific EIB value (a temperature in this case) to be recognised by Comfigurator.

Any tips appreciated

 

Is this value in a monitored group address? There are jumper settings to selact the range of EIB group addresses which are monitored as there are thousands of possible EIB group  addresses which need to bemapped to the set of 256 counters, unlike Cbus which has 256 group addresses in one application
