It should be easy, its a 8-bit (1 byte) control message, 2 bits for command type (store/recall) and 6 bits for scene number(1 to 64). It can make light control in large installations very easy.

Of course one could argue you can implement scenes entirely in Comfort. BUT if you do that, you take a long-shot at the bullet-proof orthogonality principle. (each system serving its designed purpose).

BTW, do you have any distant plans for integrating Comfort in ETS 3 or 4?

You can send 1 byte commands to KNX from Comfort using the Response Wizard, so you can send scene commands

You can also receive 1 byte commands from KNX and map to counters

Hence \"Scenes\" can be implemented by Comfort. Is this what you are after?

Implmenting Comfort in ETS is difficult because there are many things which need to be programmed in Comfort
