The DM02 manual has been revised, version 1.1.4 dated 21 April 2011.
It has a better description of the Doorbell connection and shunts, and has a note about Door station ID shunt setting that when only 1 Door station (DM or DP) is  in the system, then it should be ID 1

Go to Security Types > Alarm Types > and select Doorbell Alarm

Enable dialout checkbox and the phone index to dial to in the event of doorbelll in Away Mode
Note that dial out for doorbell alarm works only in Away or Vacation Modes not Security Off or Night Mode
