I have a fairly old Comfort system and my KP01 has died on me. It was accidently knocked off the wall and no longer works. Getting 12v to it OK, so I know it is not a cable issue.

Anyway, Can I replace with a KP02 or KP03?

I am using Outside 4.169 - is the KP02 a direct replacement and just swapped out?

Kp02 is no longer available so kp03 is the best alternative
Kp04 may have compatibility issues with your firmware

Take note that there is a difference in the orientation of the Audio (Mic, Voice), RS485 (KA, KB) and Power (12V, COM) connectors between the KP01 and KP03.

The 3 connectors in KP01 (from left to right):
VOICE MIC              KA KB              12V COM

whereas,
The 3 connectors in KP03 (from left to right):
MIC VOICE              KB KA              COM 12V
