Yes version 1.43 is able to work with dynamic DNS

Comfort iPhone app version 1.43 is available from iTunes
The changes are
  1. Dynamic DNS Adddressing is working on  Internet Address setup
  2. Different colours on Home control status for On and Off
  3. Different colours on Zone status for On and Off
