This is doubtless another dumb newbie question, so apologies.
I uploaded a revised Comfig I had been working on last night (adding timers and flags for various X10 devices as Wexfordman suggested) and once uploaded, my alarm went off. At 10pm, my neighbours love me.
The keypad is now flashing green and says \'Tamper Controller\' on the LCD. Where can I find a list of error messages, or is it obvious that this is referring to the tamper switch in the main Comfort panel? My installer was in over the weekend \'installing tampers\', so I can imagine how this has happened, but I am wondering if why updating the Comfig would suddenly trigger the panel\'s tamper switch, if that is indeed what it is.
What steps do I need to take to rectify?
Also, Is there a way of, for the time being, making Tamper Alarms silent so they just phone out? Phone out is working. The reason I ask is I set the Siren Type for a Tamper Alarm to Short Trouble with internal beeps and it still seemed to set the external sirens off. I clearly didn\'t do it correctly, and need to look at that again.
