Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Due to let down by our existing supplier we have the kit and just need install of a comfort based system (main plus 3 slaves, ucm eth and gsm) at one of our sites in cambs. 

its a like for like swap out of a honeywell galaxy based system which is on redcare and pd663 with police response.

looking for an installer and someone who can setup a remote monitoring solution by AIM or the like.

ALso have a second site that is installed with comfort (again near cambridge) that wants to go on a monitoring contract and get police response.

Would welcome the chance to provide estimates etc.

Who currently provides the service contract? Would they still be able to support this. You may find it difficult to get a local company SSAIB or NACOSS approved that will support the installation.

As with any monitored alarm the main issue is the back up and support - its no good having service and back up support form a company that is more than an hour away.
