had an odd one last night on my comfort system, armed the system into night mode in the evening and retired to bed, got up, earlier than normal and tried to disarm, keypad consistently woulnd\'t disar, system eventually dialled me with keypad tamper.

Tried to disarm using iphone app, login id not accepted.

tried to do via call to gsm module, again, user code not accepted.

ended up having to suffer an alarm condition, enter the main panel, power down, reset it and then resend user codes via programming from laptop before i could return to security off mode.

downloaded event log and it shows nothing between night set and this mornings keypad tamper when i tried to reset it.

any ideas?:?

It looks like the user code was changed
