Hi

I have a UCM/Eth and a UCM/RS232. I want to upgrade the firmeware of both UCM but I have two problems.

The UCM/Eht has a 5.192 firmeware and th UCM/RS232 has 5.128. I can\'t upgrade the UCM/Eht because the firmeware of the UCM/RS232 is too old. When I do the \"Scan for all modules\" with only these two modules, this is what is shown (picture below). It show\'s that the UCM/RS232 is a CWM. Is this possible?

Now, I can\'t upgrade the UCM/Eth because I can\'t upgrade the UCM/RS232.

Any ideas?

Thanks

That is strange
I will contact you by Private mail to give instructions

Actually I think you can use UCM/ETH 5.192 to upgrade the firmware of UCM 5.128 to the latest UCM 6.012 using the programming cable as shown in http://comfortforums.com/forum4/1782.html

can you give it a try?

Yes, i\'ve alredy tried this way. I can\'t use the other two ways because the UCM/Eth is not 6.xxx.

I\'ve upgraded two other UCM\'s (UCM/KNX and UCM/GSM2) and it worked fine.
What message did you get when you tried using the UCM/Ethernet to upgrade UCM/232 to a new version?
