Hi,

Is it possible to change the number of rings on the telephone once the doorphone/doorbell button has been pressed?

There is no fixed Number of Rings when the doorbel is pressed. The phone will ring for a fixed time, cannot remember exactly perhaps 1 minute and then wil stop
Individual phones may ring more often that hours in the 1 minute

Is it then possible to adjust the length of time the ring goes on for?

Looking at Response Wizard for catergory Door Station

there is Start Door Station Timer. When use on Doorbell Response it changes the door station time-out

 

There is also Stop Door station Ringer which can use on Front Ddoor Response so that open door stops door station
