Hi,

Do you get something like a vdx file for ETS to configure the Comfort Ultra II communication to and from other KNX devices?

There is no vds file for Comfort
The reason is that Comfort is not a KNX device like a actuator  or dimmer with a certain group address

The UCM/KNX works by mapping KMX group addresses to Comfort elements like counters and security events, or Virtual Inputs or Keypad keys
This is done using the Comfigurator software and not by ETS
