Hi There

My keypad use to announce the zone numbers in the security check mode under the engineering menu.

It does not do that anymore, not sure why. I have received my UCM/Ethernet board and have been playing with comfigurator, maybe I have changed some setting.


Any help will be appreciated.

You may have changed some settings in the cclx file
Try comparing with the default template (open File > New)

If you still have problems send the cclx file to support@cytech.biz for checking

Thanks, problem sorted. Downloaded blank template, and working again.

My other problem was the volume control on the side of keypad hock: did not see that, was turned all the way down.
