Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

Have a Comfort System utlising: Panel (8001/E); RGR03; KP02; KP03-WI; DP01.

I have recently noticed that when I receive a telephone message and listened to it, the flashing LED doesn\'t go off. Even deleting all saved messages does not clear the LED.

Is this a programming issue?

It will not be a programming issue, it may be related to your Comfort I firmware version

Try recording a new message again and listening to the whole message. This hopefully will clear the message led
