May have come across a bit of a strange bug with the iOS app and the iOS 6 upgrade. I installed the app on my phone under iOS 5 and have had no problems however, having just installed it on my wife\'s phone whilst running iOS 6 there appears to be. Number of strange changes

1. The text under the comfort logo has gone
2. The last logged in system isn\'t saved - this is the most annoying as this now needs another step to arm or disarm the system
3. The option for more at the bottom has gone
4. The confit screen is completely different and doesn\'t even include options for cameras etc

To try to work out what was happening I deleted the app from my phone and installed again from scratch which now causes the same problems

Our aim is to use the app as a means to arm and disarm the system whilst on the driveway in the car and with these alterations it\'s really slowing things down and making it far less user friendly.

Any help would be appreciated
Problem solved - there\'s still a V1.3 of the same name / icon from Calistra Research Labs in the App Store which is buggy as hell. Might be worth getting that removed????

The app could do with an update though, it\'s a little on the clunky side.

Could the initial log in not be moved into the system setup side of things rather than logging in twice to arm / disarm. Either that or at least have the keypad open at the start / log in box selected. Also, why not use Apple\'s default keys for the keypad rather than the custom images - it would be faster and also look nicer this way.

Just trying to make things easier for less tech-savvy users.
Hi
When you say problem solved, you mean that a fresh install of the app on iOS6 does not have the  reported problems?

Thabks for the feedback, we will be updating the app after the android versions are out
It\'s a fresh install of the app but making sure it\'s the right app.

If you search the App Store there\'s 2 versions of Comfort with the same icon - one listed as Cytech the other as Calistra Research Labs as the company. The Calistra one came up first when searching and it\'s V1.3 which is very buggy.

The problems were solved by deleting the Calistra version and installing the Cytech version.
OK I understand, we did not know the beta version was still in the itunes store.
