Is there a way to execute a Response when a user introduces the user code? (Example: turn on an output).

I\'ve seen in Comfigurator something about it, but it\'s only possible using a fingerprint sensor.
Yes the user responses currently are activated only by the fingerprint reader
If others find it useful we may consider having an option to be used by normal user signins, but I personally am worried that you may not want to run the response every time you sign in -on the telephone, keypad, UCM, etc
Hi Ident

Yes, and I understand it too. The reason why I want to execute a response, is because the cliente wants to prevent a situation that when he is \"forced by a burglar\" to desactive the alarm. And in this situation, he introduces a code that really desactivates the alarm, and also sends a SMS to someone he knows to call the police (silence alarm).

Untill now, I couldn\'t give him a answer so solve this situation.

Do you have any ideas?
You dont need special responses to do this
There is a duress code which is +/- 2 from the user code, eg for 1234, duress code is 1236 and 1232, but you need to enter 2 times to verify
This does what you described, but activates a silent Duresss Alarm, all described in the User Manual
i\'ll like to be able to have a code that calls a response
eg open gate, turn on external lights etc
i\'ll like to be able to have a code that only calls a response
eg open gate, turn on external lights etc
So you would use a different code to do this, if the user can remember another code
Hi ident

Ok you were right, but now the client wants different type of alarms for two different sign-in codes.

He wants that when he introduces the sign-in code to activate the duress alarm, that Cytech sends a SMS to other two phone numbers, but not his number. This is possible using different \"Alarm Types\", but I can\'t activate them separately.

One option that was alredy considered is using a SMS coded, but its not the perfect one.
In The Duress Alarm  Type, you can choose which combination of the 8 phone numbers to dial out to, eg 2 other phones but not his own
I am afraid we dont have the function for a different user code to activate a different alarm type. Frankly it is not advisable if it becomes too complicated
