Before Comfort v6.011,

• User 18 is Engineer.
• User 90 is Keypad.
• User 91 is Response.
• User 92 is Phone.
• User 93 is Pager.
• User 94 is CMS.
• User 95 is SMS.

From Comfort v6.011 onwards,

• User 254 is Engineer.
• User 240 is Keypad.
• User 241 is Response.
• User 242 is Phone.
• User 243 is Pager.
• User 244 is CMS.
• User 245 is SMS.
• User 17 to User 24 for UCM ID1 to 8
