At KP-03 cannot hear from DP01 but at DP01 can hear from KP03

How do we fix it?
Is this a new problem that has just occurred? DP01 is probably 8 years old at least?
If that is the case check the wiring
Also test using local phone to keypad intercom and local phone to DP intercom
The wiring is fine, nothing wrong.
Today I will test DP with Local phone.
Intercom DP01 with Local Phone is good no problem.
How about intercom between local phone and KP03?
