Every time I edit a Response in the Wizard it un-fixes it; is this expected functionality as it\'s really cheesing me off!

That is correct
Response Numbers  have 8 bytes (Ultra), and if it needs more than that, it will run on to the next Response
If a Response is fixed, editing it may cause it to run on to the next response which may be fixed. Hence to fix this problem it is unfixed by editing
