I upgraded my UCM/GSM\'s firmware to 6.081 a while ago, and noticed this morning when I got an intruder alarm that the text sent out to me did not have the input/zone phrase as it used to be, I got 01 -Intruder-013.
Comfort Version 7.009 (Configurator shows 6.028 as the latest)
The zone and alarm names are taken from the names written to Comfort by Comfigurator
Do a full write to Comfort again after making sure the names ae corect
I did a full write. The names are correct and were announced accordingly, just the SMS text that did not. The Keypad showed the name as well.
This appears to be the same problem as reported in this thread

Quote:We have traced this problem. It is due to bug in Comfigurator (up tozs 3.5.6) if the Response Numbers exceed the maximum number (1023 for Ultra) then the Alarm Type Names are written to Comfort with an illegal character in front. When you Read from Comfort, the alarm type names will have the 1st letter missing The GSm SMS messages for alarm types will also be missing This will be fixed in the next release of Comdfigurator (3.5.7 or later)
You may be using Comfigurator 3.5.6 or earlieer
If you upgrade to 3.6.4 and rewrite to comfort then the problem should go away
