I\'ve tried to set up the comfort for the first time following the instructions. I\'ve only installed the touch screen keypad KT03.

I have not yet installed the LEM and UCM modules,DM, PIRs, etc

However, when I power up Comfort I the red led turns on briefly then turns green. After about 10 seconds the green LED starts blinking.

On the keypad, in the trouble conditions screen, it says that there is : \"RS485 Fail 065\". And alarm type: \"024\"

I\'ve triple checked the connections to the keypad, etc.

What can be the problem?

RS485 fail 065 is referring to keypad ID#1 and alarm type 024 is referring to the communication failure (RS485) alarm.

I think the KT03 ID is not assigned yet and you need to assign it to ID 1.
Press the arrow-left button on the left bottom of the KT03 screen to go back to the main page.

Press the \'Setup\' button to go into the Setup page.
Press the \'ID\' button to go into the ID setting page.
Press the Up or Down arrow to set the ID to 1.
Go back to the main page.

Press the \'Keypad\' button and enter 1234# (default sign-in code) and you should hear the \"Communication Failure Restore...\" announcement on the KT03.
