The low battery has shown for days and I have reset the unit multiple times. I am wondering if its the main board, is that your thoughts?

Does the low battery alarm happen at the same time every day?
You need to sign in on the keypad in order to acknowledge it otherwise the low battery alert will remain on your keypad
when you sign in on the keypad does it say Low battery restored?

Or does it not say that it is restored when you sign in?

It says battery warning twice and then welcome. It never clears the message from the keypad.

That probably means a problem with the Comfort PCB
Please request for a replacement

You be pleased to know I have had the board swapped out and its now fixed the issue. Thanks for your help.

I\'ve been toying with this problem over the last couple of weeks on my test system and only got around this morning to put a test meter across the outputs under load; all looked well.  

I then suspected cable issue and put meter on the connector end that plugs onto the PCB; that looked good too.

Plugged the connector back into the PCB and tested and it all worked.

Doh!  So moral of story is to suspect dry-joints too and re-plug first!. Serves me right and why I\'ve been getting an early morning wake-up keypad bleep/alarm every morning this week.
