I am trying to connect a two-part wireless bell box (i.e. solar powered bell box + wireless transceiver).

The connections on the transceiver are as follows:

- Fault (open when in fault condition, e.g. low battery)
- Fault (as above)
- Tamper (positive return)
- Bell (negative trigger)
- Strobe (negative trigger)
- +12V
- Ground

Am I right in thinking this should be connected as follows?

Fault => Shorted to \'Ground\'
Fault => Z1
Tamper => TAMP
Bell => SRN-
Strobe => STR-
+12V => SRN+
Ground => COM

Also, what is the difference between 12V, 12VF and SRN+? Are they all permanent 12V feeds?

Thanks.
It seems  correct
Tamper + should be in series with the case tamper if you are using that.

SRN+ is also 12V but has its own resettable fuse in case of a short circuit

The 12V at the centre of each output has a 300 ma resettable fuse to protect the outputs
I cannot find 12VF

S12V is a switched 12 V which can be controlled by actions

12VF is between SPK- and STR-
Sorry about missing that 12VF is the middle pin between STR- and SPK-
This also has its own resettable fuse
That link does not work, or is extremely slow
It cant be. I click on link and everything is working
Just to follow up on this. The wireless bell box is now installed, and the above wiring worked perfectly.

Thanks once again for your help ident Smile
