Description
Occasionally outputs switching on or off at random when other devices are being activated. May be more prevalent for outputs on the LEM
Possible Cause
LEM flat cable is too long, and zone and output wires are running close to the LEM cable. The outputs may be switching relays which have high switching noise. The Noise may be induced on the cables causing false switching on the LEM or even the main board
Corrective action
Use the short LEM cable and mount the LEM above the Comfort PCB using the plastic standoffs. Move all wires away from the LEM cables. If relays are used make sure you use Comfort Relay modules RLY01, RLY02 or TWS01/TWS02 for lighting control. Other relays may have the wrong rating and may cause high current loading or may not have reverse protection diodes
