KNX 7.030 firmware has been released

This fixes the bug from 6.111/6/112 that sending a telegram to KNX also triggers the counter response for the mapped group address.

Sending a telegram to KNX should update the mapped Comfort counter but it should not activate the Counter Response

KNX firmware 7.030 was released in March 2015 but we forgot to announce it
